Trust My Landlord is an independent, evidence-based reputation platform for the UK private rental sector. The Service provides Trust Scores for landlords and letting agents based on verified tenancy data, structured reporting, and resolution outcomes. The platform is currently in pre-launch, and features described on this website may not yet be available.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
When the platform launches, you may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or reports.

6. Trust Scores
Trust Scores are generated by our proprietary algorithm based on verified data. While we strive for accuracy and fairness, Trust Scores are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for any decision. We do not guarantee that Trust Scores are error-free or that they reflect every aspect of a landlord's or agent's performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the property of Trust My Landlord Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
By submitting content to the Service (including reports, evidence, and responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust My Landlord Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
